Plexus Slim/Accelerator Review
When my friend Liz asked me to do a review on her new Plexus Slim product, I knew I just had to jump on it. Plexus, a weight loss supplement, in which you take a pill half an hour before a meal — it does not matter which meal, it can be breakfast, lunch or dinner — and pour the Plexus Slim powder into a 12 ounce glass/bottle of water, stir/shake and drink. That's all there is to it! It does not contain MSG or other proven red-flag ingredients. I took Plexus Slim once a day, however, people who struggle with weight loss or people who have a lot of weight to lose, may find that taking Plexus Slim twice a day works better for them. My appetite is down and I have found that I am not snacking as often.
In total I lost 10 pounds. I chose Mondays as my weigh in day. My first week weigh in was a loss of 3 lbs. Within the first week I could already tell that my clothes were fitting loosely. I must add that although my intentions were to walk 3-5 miles on the treadmill a day, life got in the way and this was not possible. I did watch what I was eating and of course drinking lots of water was key. But I am not gonna lie when I tell you I splurged on Wendy’s for dinner one night.
My second weeks weigh in was exciting…. I lost another 3 pounds. Holy crap!! This is really working!!!! Hmmm, maybe I should splurge on Wendy’s more often, joking! Haha!
Liz’ website information is http://newmombody.myplexusproducts.com/ she has a FB page too… https://www.facebook.com/NewMomBody
She has started to help a friend who is set up to sell this product as well. Jenna Ferguson and she is the Pretty in Pink Drink Lady http://jennaferguson.myplexusopportunity.com/ her facebook page is https://www.facebook.com/messages/#!/pages/Look-Pretty-In-Pink-with-Plexus-Slim/516055318475949
I took both the Plexus Slim and Accelerator+ set. Taken together, as I have read will positively impact and change your life. In addition to losing weight, you will experience more energy and better health. Take control and make a dramatic change in your life today.
My third week results were not as big. I only lost 1 pound. I knew that the honeymoon period would end but a loss is a loss. Plus it really didn’t help that mother nature had paid me a visit. Water retention was a big effect.
I didn’t let the week’s minimal loss discourage me. I went into the next one full force. And I am glad I did. I lost another 3 pounds at my 4th week weigh in.
At the end of my supply, I am fitting into a size 8 banana republic jeans. YAY Me!
My energy level is amazing and confidence has returned.

Pimpin' "IS" Eezy! (Cricutmouse's Craftynook)
I used a file from My Scrapchick seeing as she has been so generous to sponsor the showcase this week.
The file is Card Essentials Vol 2 and they can be found here:
Card Essentials Vol. 2
I made the card for my cousin and his wife to be. Their wedding will be on
October 11/13. I gave them some homemade items for their shower and they were
a big hit. I hope the gift and card are going to be as well.
The poem for the inside I just googled and really liked it. It is fitting for
this couple

Pimpin' "IS" Eezy! (A Peek Into My Paradise)
Hello blogging friends! I am so excited to be the spotlight this week for the Pimp-Out Showcase! My name is Cathy and I am the owner and author of A Peek Into My Paradise. My husband and I are high school sweethearts and just celebrated our 29th wedding anniversary. We are recent empty nesters rediscovering adulthood after 27 years of being a family of four.
I am always doing something, I just don't know how to sit still; even when watching TV or a movie, I have to be doing something! I have always had a passion for crafts. For years I loved to sew; even making clothes for my children when they were elementary age, until it was no longer cool to wear clothes mom made. Then I dove deep into cross stitch. When I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel in 2001 and hand intensive crafts were impossible and I was on disability for years, I became really involved in scrapbooking. The craft was all the rage. You could say "everyone was doing it!" Scrapbook stores were everywhere. I have been a shutterbug since I could hold a camera so scrapbooking was the perfect blend of pictures meets crafts. I have completed over (20) 12 x 12 albums. I have slowly converted to digital scrapbooking the past few years and love My Memories Software.
I have two grown children, Kimberley and Bobby. Kimberley got engaged in the summer of 2010; with the wedding in July of 2011. With finances being what they were, a long guest list and my one and only daughter having visions of her dream wedding; mom took on a new role, hands on wedding planner/maker. Now, I have been in charge of week long Girl Scout Camps with over 400 girls attending. I was a Girl Scout Troop Leader for over 10 years. However, there is no other event that tops planning and hand making your daughters wedding. From table centerpieces complete with live goldfish, hand painting a personalized runner, all the bouquets and flowers, a set of guest books with a question on each to a huge cinnamon roll in place of a wedding cake. My daughter loves all things bread and cinnamon; she wanted a cinnamon roll as her wedding cake, so mom made it. For a year, I ate, slept and lived, making and preparing for the big day. Over the next few months I will be sharing our daughters handmade wedding.
For years friends and family would ask me, "How did you make that?", "YOU made that, how?", "Oh my, I want the recipe!". You could say Kimberley's wedding was the question that broke the crafters back. Where could I share my ideas, recipes, my pictures and passion for photography, the crafts I made with my friends and family? On a blog!
My first post was live in September of 2012 and what began as a simple vehicle to share has grown into a passion! There has been a new post at A Peek Into My Paradise every day since. As I approach my one year blogaversary, reflecting back, I smile, thinking of the ladies in the blogging community who have become new friends! Yes, I love sharing my recipes, crafts I have made, tips of life such as DIY, organizing, honestly whatever moves me. I invite you to visit A Peek Into My Paradise and if you like what you see I would love for you to be a friendly stalker! Leave me a comment if your a new follower - we bloggers love comments - if you are a blogger I will visit you too!
